During his studies, he started working u003c/spanu003eu003cspan dir=u0022ltru0022u003ein a pharmacy (2014 until 2017). u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan dir=u0022ltru0022u003eAs Mauad still felt at home in the healthcare field, he u003c/spanu003eu003cspan dir=u0022ltru0022u003estarted working at an orthodontic practice in November u003c/spanu003eu003cspan dir=u0022ltru0022u003e2017. At Billet Orthodontics, Mauad was trained to work u003c/spanu003eu003cspan dir=u0022ltru0022u003ewith conventional braces. Here he grew very quickly with u003c/spanu003eu003cspan dir=u0022ltru0022u003ethe many cases he treated due to his good certifications u003c/spanu003eu003cspan dir=u0022ltru0022u003eand training. After a few years, he started working u003c/spanu003eu003cspan dir=u0022ltru0022u003eindependently, training and supervising his colleagues. In u003c/spanu003eu003cspan dir=u0022ltru0022u003ethe meantime, clear aligners were becoming more and u003c/spanu003eu003cspan dir=u0022ltru0022u003emore popular.u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan dir=u0022ltru0022u003eIn June 2023, Mauad joined Modern Dental Europe as u003c/spanu003eu003cspan dir=u0022ltru0022u003eAssistant Product Manager and Onboarding Supervisor. u003c/spanu003eu003cspan dir=u0022ltru0022u003eHis role is to share his experience and knowledge and u003c/spanu003eu003cspan dir=u0022ltru0022u003emake it easy for new practitioners to get started with clear u003c/spanu003eu003cspan dir=u0022ltru0022u003ealigners.
